The Impact of Arts on the Economy

The Humphrey Institute of Public Affairs released a report last year, The Artistic Dividend: The Art's Hidden Contribution to Regional Development, which examines the role played by arts and culture in Minnesota's Twin Cities area and elsewhere. The study looks at the concentration of artists in the 29 largest metro areas in the United States.
