Protecting out Investment

Children are our most valuable investment in the future, and any high road economic strategy must protect our most important investments.

To ensure that our societal safety net remains intact, we need to maintain many of the basic services provided by state and local government.  We know that building a progressive infrastructure takes resources, but analysis shows this investment has an eventual payback far exceeding original cost.

Several profit-driven corporation are attempting to cut back or privatize these basic government services to make a buck.  When choosing our children's future, capitalism cannot be the deciding factor. 

The worst case practices to your right put money over people, and leave our children behind.  Beware of these bills if they pop up in your state.
