TaxCheater Protection Act Much like a mafia "protection" scheme, this legislation protects past criminal activity while the people who abide by the law get no benefit from this act. This legislation says an employer cannot decide compensation, promotion, or evaluation of an employee based upon previous tax payments or miss-payments, assuring employees are not held responsible for past errors or transgressions. If somebody cheats on their taxes, they should be held accountable by the community. The people this legislation protects -- those using loopholes, deductions, and write-offs -- ought to pay their fair share. |
