Model Traditional Living Wage Law

The following is a model Traditional Living Wage Law prepared by the Brennan Center that incorporates some of the best features developed by local governments and living wage activists across the country.  In adapting it for use in your community, you will probably want to tailor it in light of your city or county’s programs and the types of jobs and businesses you wish to cover.
